UNICA supported thirty (30) young people to attend a Psycho Social Support Camp (PSSC) in Matabeleland South Province (Matopos), Zimbabwe in collaboration with Masiye Camp. Eighty (80) children from different social backgrounds came to the camp over two days to share experiences guided by the trained youth. From this camp, four youth from UNICA were successfully selected to become National Camp Counselors and will soon be leading 4 camps in Beitbridge and Guruve before the end of the year. Following this initiative, UNICA will further be supporting 4 other young people to attend yet another Psychosocial Support Camp in Johannesburg, South Africa in September 2015 in collaboration with Global Camps Africa a leading Psychosocial Support Camps organization for children and youth in United States of America (USA) and South Africa (SA).
